(Japanese) The lotus samadhi. A meditation technique based on the Lotus Sutra. One chants the Lotus Sutra while circumambulating the temple hall. This meditation is said to have been practiced by Mikao Usui. Zazen shikan taza is a modern simplified form of the Hokke-Zanmai that excludes a lot of the more difficult elements of the practice.
