He studied with Chûjirô Hayashi in 1928. His first level was completed in five 90-minute sessions. Shûô Matsui wrote in an article called ‘Treatment to Heal Diseases, Hand Healing’ in the magazine Sunday Mainichi, 4 March 1928, about the levels shoden and okuden and mentioned that there were further unknown levels.
