This is a different reading of the word seiza. It relates to a part of the technique hatsurei hô that can be found in the 1933 book, Reiki To Jinjutsu — Tomita Ryû Teate Ryôhô (Reiki and Humanitarian Work — Tomita Ryû Hands Healing) written by a student of Mikao Usui called Kaiji Tomita.
