Author of a book called Kenzen No Genri (The Principles of Health) written in 1914. It includes precepts similar to those taught by Mikao Usui. A translation of this similar section in Bizan Suzuki’s book is: ‘Today do not be angry, do not worry and be honest, work hard and be kind to people’.
