(Japanese) Usui Way Healing Method.
Hawayo Takata used this name on the certificates she issued. There are a number of branches of Reiki that use the title Usui Shiki Ryôho and yet there are variations in the teachings. Phyllis Lei Furumoto, Beth Gray and other teachers have used this name to represent their teachings. Today the majority of Reiki practitioners state that they teach Usui Reiki or the Usui Natural System of Healing. By these terms they are referring to aspects of Usui Shiki Ryôhô in one of its many forms.
